Sometimes, it becomes very annoying If you are getting too much notifications from Facebook on your Email address. Facebook sends all notifications of your Facebook profile to your email address for example updates, message alerts, pokes notification, likes, comments, tags etc. But Facebook allows to their users to stop/Block notifications if they want. If you want to stop such notifications then just follow these steps:

STEP 1: First of all, Login to your Facebook profile and then go to Settings.

STEP 2: Now go to Notifications and click on Edit under Email.

STEP 3: Now select Only notifications about your account , security and privacy.

STEP 4: When you will click on Only notifications about your account, security and privacy then a alert message will appear on your screen to confirm your selection You’ll miss out on emails about photos you’re tagged in, messages you’ve received, friends’ comments and more just click on Turn off.

STEP 5: Now you have all done, just click on Close. Now you will not longer receive notifications from Facebook but you will receive only notifications about your account, security and privacy.
