In this tutorial, we’ll know how to exchange or return product on Jabong online shopping store.

Online shopping is a convenient way to buy things without physically visiting a shop or showroom. People also prefer it because after spending hours on any online shopping store, you’re not obliged to buy anything. On the other hand, when you visit a shop or showroom to buy something then after seeing some items you feel embarrassed to leave the shop because you didn’t like anything.

Though, there too you’re not obliged but you may feel embarrass because you have taken someone’s (salesman) time. Another, compelling reason for online shopping is exchange, return, and refund policy.

Many, actually all, prominent online shopping stores like Amazon, Flipkart, Jabong and the like, have 10 to 30 days exchange or return policy which is indeed a good and appreciable policy.

Under this policy including Jabong return policy, one can easily exchange or return a product if he or she does not like it.

Jabong is a famous online shopping store where you can get almost all brands. Time to time, it gives lucrative discount on products. I’ve bought many products from Jabong and so far my experience is quite good.

Recently, I ordered Adidas Zeta 1.0 running shoes and when I got this product, I fount that these were closed-throat shoes. I don’t like closed-throat shoes so I thought I should return them.

To do so, all I did was just opened my Jabong online shopping app and initiated a return request. Next day a delivery boy came to collect the item and after a week, I got my Jabong refund to bank account. That was indeed a pleasant shopping experience.

You can also exchange or return product on Jabong. But before that take a look on the following points to understand Jabong refund policy:

  • When you shop on Jabong, it clearly mentions whether the product is exchangeable or returnable or not. Therefore, whenever you buy a product from Jabong or any other online shopping store, first read product’s refund policy.
  • Some products are exchangeable, some are returnable, and some are both. If a product is only exchangeable then you can’t return it, however, you can exchange it if product is damaged or faulty.

How to exchange product on Jabong

If you’ve received a damaged or faulty product then you can request an exchange for a different size or color. You can also exchange a product on Jabong if it’s not the product you’ve ordered.

According to Jabong return policy, customer has 10 to 30 days exchange policy (time depends on the product). Within the time limit, customers can exchange product on Jabong.

How to exchange product on Jabong

Follow the steps given below to exchange a product on Jabong.

First of all, open Jabong app and then tap on three horizontal lines or menu button. Thereafter, tap on Track Order.

Now, tap on Details of a product that is delivered to you.

Next, tap on Exchange.

Select product that you want to exchange then select new size that you want. Tap on reason and select a reason for exchange.

Tap on radio button next to “I confirm that the products are unused…..”.

In the end, tap on Exchange Product(s).

That’s it. You’ve initiated exchange request on Jabong. Your product will be delivered to you soon and you’ll need to handover the product to be exchanged to the delivery boy at the time of delivery of new size.

How to return product on Jabong and get refund to bank account

As mentioned above, you cannot get refund for all products (some are returnable and some are not) therefore if your product is returnable then you can follow the steps given below to return a product on Jabong and get refund to bank account.

To return product on Jabong, tap on three horizontal lines or menu button showing on the tap left corner. And then tap on Track Order. (See screenshot 1 and 2)

Now, tap on Details of a product you want to return. Next, tap on Return. (See screenshot 3 and 4)

On the next page, select item you want to return then select reason for return. Note: If your reason for return is not listed there then you can tap on Other and can manually enter your reason for return.

Tap on the radio button next to “I confirm that the products are unused…” and then hit Return Product(s) button.

Next, you’ll be asked to select pickup address if pickup address is same as delivery address then simply tap on “Pickup from delivery address”.

Next, you’ll be asked to select a Jabong refund mode. You can choose PhonePe wallet or NEFT. If you’ve PhonePe wallet account then you can choose first option and your refund will be processed within 24 hours. If you want Jabong refund to bank account then select NEFT.

Note: In the next steps, I’m going to explain how to get Jabong refund to account using NEFT mode.

After tapping on the NEFT radio button, you’ll be forwarded to the next page where you’ll have to enter your bank account details. Simply enter your bank account details and then tap on Save and Continue button.

After adding your bank account details, go back to step 7 and again tap on NEFT.

Now, tap on Confirm button to initiate Jabong return request.

That’s it. You’ve successfully requested for return on Jabong. Now within 24 hours (excluding holiday) a delivery boy will come to pick the item. Once Jabong gets its item back, it will initiated refund process and you will get your Jabong refund.
